In addition to celebrating our company’s 5th anniversary, we saw over 2000 athletes through the door. Our shooting clinics hosted over 250 attendees. Our open houses saw over 600 new faces. RBT camps saw 500+ athletes this year.
With that, we’ve accomplished so much together in 2024- here is our Top 10:
- Our Skill Specialists attended over 30 hours of continuing education outside of the Lab. They traveled to various training opportunities to better themselves and bring the latest techniques back to their clients.
- As a proud sponsor of UConn Women’s Basketball for the 2nd year, RBT hosted 2 skills clinics with UConn with our pinnacle experience at Gampel Pavillion this fall. Seeing over 400 mutual fans. RBT is planning on more joint events in 2025!
- Speaking of college players, we saw our most ever college bound athletes train with us. Their respective skill specialists shared in the excitement of their newly committed athletes who are dedicated to training and committing to Division 1, 2 and 3 college programs.
- RBT reached 5k followers on Instagram. IG continues to be our go-to medium to showcase the training in our facilities and the kids becoming 1% better each day. If you’re not currently following us, click here. Also, RBT has filmed new commercials using our very own clients. Have a watch here.
- Our shooting and ball handling clinics were our most popular in 2024. Both are the 2025 clinic list. The first shooting clinic of 2025 is on January 20th and you can register your athlete here.
- We continue to expand our performance tools in the facility and stay abreast of the latest training techniques. We’ve added new training reaction lights, a shooting machine in Milford and improved air conditioning to keep the humidity away and safety a top priority.
- Injuries happen. Our skill specialists preach that it doesn’t matter your circumstance. There’s always work to fall back on. They provide innovative training for those nursing an injury. Opportunity is often found in the midst of the setback and we get things done during an injury. See here.
- RBT was pleased to give back to our loyal client base by offering free tickets as part of our sponsorship with the Connecticut Sun and UConn women’s basketball.
- Basketball is becoming positionless and requires the utmost skill to perform at a high level. Athletes should be playing other sports and playing for various teams. However, if your athlete is serious about their intentions to become the best versions of themselves there should be an emphasis on finding 2-4 hours during the season to continue to train. See here for more information on why training in season is new standard.
- And finally, RBT has taken the surge in supporting female athletics, specifically basketball, very seriously. To that end, 2024 brought two partnerships with the Connecticut Sun and the UConn Women. We’re so proud to support the female athletes who contribute to making our state the college basketball capital of the world.
