December Marks the Start of Basketball Season: Here’s the Mistake You Don’t Want to Make

Although we are in the thick of basketball season, stay in the gym like it’s the off-season. If you want to withstand slumps and stay consistent you must grind. It takes real work. This is how you stay in rhythm. If you stay on it, you can maintain the confidence you need to perform.

We understand the season is long and there’s so many practices and games but when you get away from individual training all the skills and abilities start to shy away, and this is where players tend to drop off midway through the season.

Players don’t make this mistake when the season begins!

Personal training allows players to work around their high school and travel schedule. You can choose your trainer and go to the gym 2-4 hours a month. We will work around their off day.
