You have questions; we have answers.

Our training memberships are like gym memberships. You start the day you sign up, and we give you access to our training for 30 days. Memberships automatically renew every 30 days.

After signing up for personal training, you are required to attend an assessment with your Skill Specialist. During this 60-minute session, the Skill Specialist will lead athletes through 3-5 skills that will require one to multi-task. Some of these tasks may be completely new and difficult for you. That’s okay. From there, your Skill Specialist can create a baseline of where to start when embarking on the training. This will take about 45 minutes, and the remaining time will be used to establish use of the mobile app, scheduling, and communication.

Scheduling is done directly with your Skill Specialist each week. A variety of training options are presented to you on Sunday of each week and you choose what works best for you. Some families choose to lock in a specific day and time and some need flexibility around other commitments.

We don’t believe there is only one way to train basketball players. In fact, there are virtually two types of basketball training approaches and we make sure we understand and offer both. We believe that all players should make sure they are receiving training in both ways.

Please be prepared to change your shoes prior to the beginning of your session. You are not to wear your outside shoes onto the court. Also, please bring your own water and basketball, and be ready to sweat.

You work with a Skill Specialist for a month. If you wish to switch after the first month, that is something we can easily accommodate.

All training memberships start the day you sign up and automatically renew every 30 days. To cancel, simply send and email to mcurtin@revolutionbasketballtraining.com BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE with your full name and cancellation request. If you fail to do this, we will not issue a refund. You may take a credit for this paid training.

Customers can cancel their membership anytime – please see our cancellation policy. Memberships are not refundable. In the special case of pre-paid team training, a 100% refund will be provided on any remaining trainings upon written cancellation to mcurtin@revolutionbasketballtraining.com at least 48 hours before a scheduled training event. Retail sales are not refundable, but unworn items can be exchanged for different sizing. If a company-initiated cancellation is necessary for failure to pay or neglecting facility rules, the subscription(s) will be canceled and refunds will not be provided.

If you are quarantined due to COVID, RBT will not offer refunds for any memberships. You may cancel your membership if necessary. For Personal Training clients, you can discuss any make up sessions with your Skill Specialist.

Cancellations for personal and team training must be done 72 hours in advance to avoid being charged for a full session. Health-related cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule, although make-ups are not guaranteed depending on the season.

For clinics:
If your athlete is unable to attend your registered RBT clinic, a refund will only be issued if you can notify RBT 48 hours in advance of your allotted session. If you do have to cancel, we will provide a credit towards a future clinic/camp of your choice with RBT.

For camps:

Cancellation requests submitted within 7 days prior of the start of camp are non-refundable or available for a full credit towards another camp or training. Cancellation requests submitted prior to 7 days before the start of the camp will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee or full credit toward future camp/training. Cancellation requests submitted after the start of a camp are non-refundable. If RBT cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment, participants will be notified and given a full refund, or credit for a future camp or training whichever is preferred.

Revolution Basketball Training has 2 locations:
  1. 1412 Tolland Turnpike | Manchester, CT.
  2. 252 Depot Road | Milford, CT
In both locations, RBT is located in the back of the building. Please look for our sign.

At this time, you do not need to let us know if you are coming to your designated Skill Lab session. Just show up.

RBT students are allowed 1 make-up session per 30-day billing cycle. Your Skill Specialist has the discretion to choose the date and time of the make-up session. Missed training sessions do not roll over to the next month.

Skill Lab has a set schedule. Personal and team training is scheduled with the Skill Specialist. Therefore, the facility is open when it fits your and your Skill Specialist’s schedule.


Nightly Skill Lab sessions have a schedule based on age level. There is no need to sign up in advance if you are attending skill lab sessions.

Yes, RBT is air-conditioned.

With your RBT membership, you can come to any training session you like during the week according to your age group. There is no requirement on how many sessions you have to attend, and there is no limit on the number of Skill Lab sessions you can attend.

You may attend unlimited Skill Lab sessions during the month. However, please be advised that you are allowed only 1 Skill Lab session during the same evening.

Training packages expire 90 days from purchase date. Any unused training packages will not roll over.

Memberships can’t be shared among siblings. However, we offer a discount for siblings.
