What is your cancellation policy?
All training memberships start the day you sign up and automatically renew every 30 days. To cancel, simply send and email to email@example.com BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE with your full name and cancellation request. WE DO NOT REFUND if you forget to do this. You may take a credit for this paid training.
What is your refund policy?
Customers can cancel their membership anytime. See our cancellation policy. Memberships are not refundable. In the special case of pre-paid team training, a 100% refund will be provided on any remaining trainings upon written cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours before a scheduled training event. Retail sales are not refundable but unworn items can be exchanged for different sizing. If a company-initiated cancellation is necessary for failure to pay or neglecting facility rules, the subscription(s) will be canceled and refunds will not be provided.
If you are quarantined due to COVID, RBT will not offer refunds for any memberships. You can cancel your membership if necessary. For Personal Training clients, you can discuss with your Skill Specialist any make up sessions.
What is a training membership?
Our training memberships are like gym memberships. You start the day you sign up and give you access to our training for 30 days. Memberships automatically renew every 30 days.
How many athletes are in a session?
RBT training has the ball in your athlete’s hands the entire 60 minutes of training. Personal Training is maxed out at 4 athletes per session. Skill lab sessions can contain any number of athletes for that allotted session time.

What do you mean Skill Enhancement vs. Game Enhancement?
We don’t believe that there is only one way to train basketball players. In fact, there are virtually two types of basketball training approaches and we make sure we understand and offer both. We believe that all players should make sure they are receiving training in both ways.
What to Expect During Your All Access Membership Assessment?
After you sign up for personal training, athletes are required to attend an assessment with your Skill Specialist. During this 60 minute session, the skill specialist will lead athletes through 3-5 skills that will require one to multi-task. Some of these tasks may be completely new and difficult for you. That’s ok. From there, your Skill Specialist can create a baseline of where to start when embarking on training. This will take about 45 minutes and the remaining time will be used to establish use of the mobile app, scheduling and communication.
What do I bring?
Please be prepared to change your shoes prior to your session beginning. You are not to wear your outside shoes onto the court. Also, bring your own water, basketball and be ready to sweat.
What if I have to cancel a training session?
Cancellations for personal and team training must be done 72 hours in advance in order to not be charged for a full session. Health related cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule, though make-ups are not guaranteed depending on the season.
Can I switch Skill Specialists?
You work with a Skill Specialist for a month, if you wish to switch after the first month, that is something we can easily accommodate.
Is there Sales Tax?
CT Sales Tax will be included at the time of purchase.
Memberships can’t be shared among siblings. However, we offer a discount for siblings.
When is the facility open?
Skill Lab has a set schedule. Personal and team training is scheduled with the Skill Specialist. So, the facility is open when it fits you and your Skill Specialist’s schedule.
Nightly Skill Lab sessions have a schedule based on age level. There is no need to sign up in advance if you are attending skill lab sessions.
How many training sessions can I come to?
With your RBT membership, you can come to any training session you like during the week that is your age group. There is no requirement on how many sessions you have to attend and there is no limit on the number of skill lab sessions you can attend.
What is your mask policy?
RBT complies to the CT State rules. At this time, masks are encouraged for those who are not vaccinated.
Do I need to sign up for a Skill Lab session in advance?
At this time, you do not need to let us know you are coming to your designated skill lab session. Just show up.
How many skill lab sessions can you attend?
You are able to attend unlimited skill lab sessions during the month. Only 1 skill lab session during the same evening.
Is RBT air conditioned?
Yes, RBT is air conditioned!

Revolution Basketball Training has 2 locations.

- 252 Depot Road | Milford, CT
In both locations RBT is located in the back of the building. Look for our sign.
How do you handle make up sessions for personal training?
RBT customers are allowed 1 make up session per 30 day billing cycle. Skill Specialist has discretion to choose date and time of makeup session. Missed training session do not roll over to next month.
Do Training Packages expire?
Training Packages expire 90 days from purchase date. Any un-used training packages will not roll-over.
What if I have to cancel my athlete from a camp or clinic?
If you’re athlete is unable to attend your registered RBT clinic, a refund will only be issued if you can notify RBT 48 hours in advance of your allotted session. If you do have to cancel, we will provide a credit towards a future clinic/camp of your choice with RBT.
