Personal training is offered to boys and girls grades 5 to 12 to get the individual attention they need to be better skilled players.

Training methods are focused and disciplined, utilizing proprietary training tools including weighted medicine balls, tennis balls, rip cones, and footwork mats.
RBT Skill Specialists are looking to improve weaknesses, provide innovative skills and overall mentorship for the basketball player of any age. As your athlete progresses so will the degree of difficulty in their skill development.
Player development is a process of mastering basketball skills, not just learning them. Working with a personal skill specialist creates consistent discipline in athletes and dive deeper into their individual game.

Choose to train 4, 8, 12 times a month.
AND attend one group training session/week at designated date and time provided at sign up.
Training session is with 2-3 like skilled athletes for a 60 minute session.
Chose the Skill Specialist you want to work with.
Scheduling is done directly with your Skill Specialist each Sunday. You choose what work training times work best for you. Some choose to lock in a specific day and time and some need flexibility around other commitments.
After sign up, Skill Specialist reaches out to schedule.
Personal Training is like a gym membership and renews every 30 days.

PERSONAL TRAINING in CT
Athletes work with a dedicated Skill Specialist of choice to foster a mentoring relationship and help drive their success. Our skill specialists work days, evenings, and weekends to accommodate a busy athlete’s schedule and fluctuating basketball seasons. Confidence building, mentorship and complete player development are by-products of the skills training.
Choose your Skill Specialist and receive 4, 8 or 12 workouts in a month- your choice. Training can include up to 4 athletes.
Access to 1 day of additional small group training.
1-hour personal and group training sessions.
