1 on 1 Shot Mechanics Breakdown

Shooting is the most important skill in basketball. And your shot is highly individualized. So, it needs to be dissected and you need to be provided personalized feedback.

Making shots in practice but not in the games?

Inconsistent shooting performance?

Not sure what to fix with your shot?

If this is your athlete’s experience but they have the intent is to increase confidence and join the top tier of shooters, let’s get to work.

RBT Shooting Specialists have learned from the best shooting coaches and in turn use these shooting principles to help athletes make small tweaks to their shot that yield big results.

Whether it is shooting on the catch or off the dribble, RBT works with athletes looking to increase their shooting percentage. Hands, feet, motion, release point, posture, eyes, power- we address it ALL using our instant feedback, Shoot-a-way shooting machine and shooting specialist guidance.

Of course, the athletes who are most serious about their shooting are getting shots up every day. Repetition leads to confidence and we’re going to preach this to your athlete. During the season use this opportunity to get shooting reps in.

Review

“My son enjoys working with Nick on his shooting. They are both working hard to improve his form. His sessions with Nick have been extremely helpful to him and he really looks forward to the sessions. And, he is seeing improvement himself and has gained lots more confidence.”
